Wrapup after Wifi disconnect

Post by gelkayam »

EDIT

As I'm using the free tier, fermentation tracking is limited to 10 days, so it had nothing to do with the wifi disconnect.

END EDIT

Hello,
I'm running a fermentation (only iSpiendel, temperture controll by offline STC100) for over a week and my wifi was down for the night and recovered.
When going into the automatic screen, I see just the wrapup and not the graphs or history.
when going to the full screen mode (top right), I'm able to see graphs (till the failure), and tried also to skip to the next manual step, but no change.

Is that the expected behavior or might be a bug?

Guy.

Re: Recovery from Wifi disconnect

Hi Guy,

i'd say "something in the middle". I forgot to hide the fullscreen mode button in wrapup - this will be fixed. Idea is to hit finish and view your brew in the logs section. This is unrelated to WiFi disconnect. I'm assuming brew was finished because you hit the tier-specific max brew duraion.

Cheers,
Bernhard.

Hi Bernhard,
Thanks for the fast response, indeed you are right again (recovering from a local beer festival :)).
noticed just now on the subscription page that there is a 10 day limit - 10 Max. brew / fermentation duration (days).
I think adding a notification when moving (and a link to the subscription page ;) ) would help the User expirience.

cheers
