Hi Bernhard,
First off, what a great little product you have created using Sonoff hardware!
I have built a BierBot Brick following your instructions and it works perfectly.
I have a question about the Temperature History in Manual mode. Currently the log only captures the last 3 minutes, is there a way to extend that time period please?
Many thanks
James

Hi James,
Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad your DIY build was successful and the software works for you.
The manual mode is really purpose made for the "boring" stuff. We use it to prepare the sparge and to keep our lagering Keezer at 3°C for an indefinite amount of time. See docu here
https://docs.bierbot.com/using-bricks/the-manual-mode
To get logging, you'll need the automatic mode. To get to the automatic mode, you'll need to create a recipe that can be loaded. That can be a dummy one with just one fermentation temp with trigger set to "manual". Keep in mind, that only devices that are currently not in use (so not active in manual mode) will be selectable upon start of an automatic mode.
Let me know if that helped / makes sense
If not, please also let me know.
Cheers,
Bernhard.
PS: spreading the word in your local brewing community would mean a lot to me!
