Could Someone Give me Advice on Setting Up Automation for Custom Brew Recipes?

Hello there,
I am relatively new to the world of automated brewing and recently got my hands on a Bierbot controller. I’ve been experimenting with a few basic recipes; and everything been going smoothly so far. However, I’m now looking to take things up a notch by creating some custom brew recipes with more complex steps, and I could use some guidance.
I am interested in setting up multi step mash schedules and integrating temperature-controlled fermentation. My goal is to achieve more precise control over the brewing process and replicate some of the more traditional methods I have read about.
How do you set up a multi step mash schedule using the Bierbot? I am aiming for something like a protein rest; followed by a saccharification rest; and then a mash-out.
Whats the best way to integrate temperature control for fermentation with Bierbot? I have seen a few setups online; but I am curious about what’s worked well for others in this community.
Also, I have gone through this post; https://forum.bierbot.com/viewtopic.php?mlops=85 which definitely helped me out a lot.
Are there any best practices or lesser known features in Bierbot that could help streamline the brewing process? I am particularly interested in how to optimize the system for different beer styles.
Thanks in advance for your help and assistance.
