I want Advice on Setting Up BierBot for My First Homebrewing Batch

Hello everyone,
I am new to homebrewing & got a BierBot to help me with my first batch. I have gone through the setup process and connected it to my equipment but I am a little unsure about a few things and could really use some advice from experienced users.
I am attempting to determine the ideal temperature ranges for pale ale preparation. I have seen a few different suggestion online but I am wondering if anyone here has a tried and tested temperature schedule that works well with BierBot.
Also, is there a way to get notifications if something goes wrong during the brewing process? I am not always near the equipment so I would like to be alerted in case there are any issues. I have set up the app but I am not sure if I have configured it correctly.
As well, I found these resources when doing research on this https://forum.bierbot.com/viewtopic.php?t=21mulesoft & if anyone have any resources, tutorials or personal experiences please share with me, It would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you
