Hi there.

Five days ago I was brewing a batch, and everything was fine until the end of the boil. After boiling was finished, I started chilling, and I would like to start the pumps to achieve better cooling of the wort. I usually do this by entering manual mode, and start the pumps from there.
However, the manual mode for starting the pumps was not active, and still is not active.

It seems like the equipment is stuck in automatic mode. I am not allowed to delete the brick, and I can not start another automatic session, to release the equipment.

Can you help?

The same thing happened to me yesterday, have you gotten any answers on how to solve this in the easiest way possible?

Hi Arne.

No, I have not found a good solution to this.

I ended up re-flashing (updating firmware) my bricks, create new account with a different e-mail adress, and then register the bricks to the new account.
After this I have had six brews, without any issues.
