Hello
Missing a function for my set-up to work as I want, start circulation only after heating, I use this function for stirring mash. is this a function it is possible to insert into the program in a simple way? I have connected circulation to heat, and it works fine with RIMS
Hope this is possible to add to the program which otherwise works fine.

Do separate steps need to be included in the recipe for this function so that heating and stirring do not run at the same time? If you use the mash temperature, the heating will also start (only during and after heating), or am I wrong? see image for recipe example with a lower temperature for stirring.
I use a separate brick for the stirrer and heat.

You want the circulation to be turned on only during heating? Or only when not heating?

Circulation will only be turned on if the recipe step includes "Circulate" AND the condition you set in the settings is true.

Which Brick is controlling what does not matter.

so your saying your lacking an Option "Only when heating is off" in the device settings?
Can you explain why? Especially with RIMS I'd expect the mash to get burnt?

Yes, that's right.
I have connected the heat to Rims at the same power as the pump, so both start at the same time, then the mash will not be burnt.
The stirrer only runs for a while when the pump (heat) is off, otherwise it's easy to get stuck mash on my setup.
Stirring is necessary for equal temperature in the mash.
